Well, if you think this is the case, you’ll likely go with Salesforce. So why doesn’t Zoho just solve all your problems and provide you with the perfect all-in-one CRM solution? Because it’s not a perfect solution and the truth is, my organization has too many requirements and too many requirements and therefore too many manual processes to be satisfied with merely a CRM solution.
