I love the fact that you can create an employee definition and enter the next person like it’s a human resources person where it does all of the mounds of data that would take you hours to input. You can still see all the information that needs to be entered and can go back and modify it at any time if things aren’t going the way you want them to. Very easy to use, user friendly, and way less work for me vs. doing it with spreadsheets in Word."
